Lysa Duran heads the Accounting and Human Resources Department at Pierre Sprinkler and Landscape (PSL). With twenty years of operational and management experience, the last 12 in the construction industry, Lysa’s expertise consists of the implementation of procedures and use of accounting techniques for gathering and reporting financial and production data to support the actions of management and day-to-day operations and by providing timely, accurate information for decisions and analysis of expenditures. Her goal is to keep PSL in compliance with all government regulations, fair employment practices, and continue to grow with the company.

As the first generation in her family to grow up in Los Angeles, Lupe’s proud of her parent’s Mexican heritage. She joined the Pierre family after graduating from James Monroe High School becoming an integral part of the accounting department. She quickly moved up the ranks from part time to a full time accounting clerk, streamlining payroll and other various accounting functions. After four years at Pierre, she is enjoying the opportunity to grow and learn within the company. Lupe is currently attending Valley College, enjoys reading and cooking.
