Born in Riverside, California, Richard started working construction as a laborer more than 25 years ago. He quickly learned the ropes and became a concrete form setter and finisher. In 1999 he started working at ValleyCrest. There he wore many hats including Chief Estimator in the Los Angeles branch office. After working at ValleyCrest for 11 years Richard was happy to come to a company like Pierre Sprinkler. The people at Pierre really like their jobs and the company they work for. Richard lives in Riverside with his wife of 18 years and three little girls. When he’s not spending time with them he enjoys watching college and professional football, fishing, wakeboarding, bowling and playing softball.

Gabriel Cordero has been working for Pierre Sprinkler and Landscape in the estimating department since October of 2008. With over 12 years of experience in the landscape industry, his experience ranges from estimator to field supervisor. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Landscape Architecture.  He has been happily married for seven years with two kids (a boy and a girl).  Gabe likes to spend time with his family and friends in his spare time.  He enjoys watching baseball, basketball and college football, and occasionally playing softball.

A Los Angeles native, Tony graduated from James Monroe High School and jumped straight into the landscape industry.  Recruited to Pierre by Rigo Sanchez, Tony has been an integral part of the estimating team for over the past seven years.  It is the familial atmosphere of Pierre he enjoys most.  Tony prides himself on building relationships with his clients so that scopes are fully understood and estimates are value engineered.  Clients enjoy working with Tony because of the experience and knowledge he brings to the table.  When he’s not working on a bid, you can find Tony playing basketball or watching UFC matches.

Born and raised in Whittier, George has a technical background in Drafting and eight years of experience in the Landscape industry.  He began his career as a foreman for Navarro Landscape.  With his hard work and dedication to the client, it wasn’t long before he was a Maintenance Manager for FormLA Landscaping.  Within the short time at Pierre, George has become a key estimator for the team.  His in-field experience provides him with spot-on accuracy in his estimates and clients appreciate the depth of knowledge he brings to the table.  George enjoys riding bikes and watching his Raiders.

Born and raised in Alhambra, Harold Jr. graduated from San Marino High School.  He has been apprenticing at Pierre for the last year, wearing many different hats from landscaping and maintenance field worker to assistant estimator.  During his time he has appreciated the friendly atmosphere and working environment.  Harold enjoys go-carting on the weekend.  An interesting fact about Harold is that he dislikes chocolate.
