Christopher has many years of success in the Landscape Maintenance industry having been a Branch Facilities Manager, Business Developer and Branch Manager.  Christopher has grown Landscape Maintenance operations from the ground up.  He has worked in Ventura, L.A. And Kern Counties and has experience in the diversity of the different plant pallets in the those many micro climates.  He has  built maintenance programs to meet his customers needs. He has sold and managed the maintenance on commercial properties as diverse as high end coastal properties to auto proving grounds in the California desert.  His focus on building relationships is his key to success , as well as  accepting no less than the highest quality possible by using  “Quality Counts” site audits and creating high employee moral through recognition.  As a past Vice Council General Ambassador for the Westlake / Thousand Oaks Chamber of Commerce, Christopher is community oriented and loves to network.  He has volunteered and built parade floats and officiated at many ribbon cuttings and business grand openings.  Christopher majored in Geology and Environmental Horticulture at Bakersfield and Moorpark Colleges and is an Ordained Minister that officiates at weddings and other community functions.

His breadth of experience in maintenance, irrigation and water conservation brings expertise to any job. Within his six years at Pierre, Francisco has been successful is managing commercial landscapes for high profile customers, such as the George C. Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits, Bank of the West, and the high-end apartment complex L’Estancia in Studio City to name a few. Francisco enjoys the friendly atmosphere at Pierre and finds that he learns something new every day.
