The Project:
Mid year of 2011, Pierre workers successfully completed the installation of the landscape and irrigation portion for the Medical Office and Hospital’s main entry at Kaiser. Since then, Pierre workers have stayed onsite to complete the landscape and irrigation of the hospital’s new addition. A large portion of the job has included multiple installations of large palms, and relocation of existing palms. Due to it’s geographical location, heavy winds made the installations a tedious task to complete. Hydrolic cranes were used in the process, and workers contributed to making the jobsite completely safe and a huge success. Various box trees were also included in the installation that are surely to grow out and provide shade to patients in the summer. As reflective upon the photos taken, the multiple species of shrubs placed have also played a tremendous role in the installation process. All of the plants and shrubs have been hand placed and methodically planted to ensure perfection upon installation. Vibrant colors such as violets, bright greens, and ruby reds are all present in various location surrounding the hospital.
With the partnership of McCarthy Building Companies, Pierre has yet again completed the project and exceeded expectations.
