The Client:

The Wilshire Miracle Mile Streetscape stretches roughly one mile down Wilshire Boulevard, between Fairfax and La Brea Avenues.  The stretch is home to dozens of L.A.’s most prominent museums dubbing it “Museum Row”.  A part from the museums, the area is densely populated with apartments and retail.

The Project:

Solicited by the Miracle Mile Coalition, Pierre was brought on board to manage the streets center dividers.  As such, Pierre is not only involved with the critical maintenance component but also is involved in the beautification process that attracts residents and visitors to the area.

The Result:

After a year and a half with Pierre on board, the Miracle Mile Coalition has bared witness to an increase in traffic throughout the mile long stretch.  The improvements made throughout this area has benefited patrons and residents alike.
