Pierre Sprinkler and Landscape is an award-winning member
of the California Landscape Contractors Association. We are
responsive and service oriented, and we stand 100% behind
all of the projects that we complete. We are a full-service
landscape construction company with 18 construction crews,
4 irrigation technicians and 9 weekly garden maintenance crews.
We offer amending, irrigation and drainage, installation of
large trees and shrubs and weekly garden maintenance services.
Bidding
• We bid on prevailing wage/public and private sector
projects from $50,000 to $2,000,000.
• Our bids are comprehensive, inclusive, detailed
and timely.
• The majority of our commercial work is hard bid.
• We offer competitive pricing.
• We bid and install throughout Los Angeles, Ventura,
Orange, San Bernadino & Riverside Counties.
• We bid on business parks, shopping centers, commercial
and apartment buildings, school and public works projects
and model home installations.
Bonding and Insurance
• We have a General Liability Insurance policy for
$2 million.
• Our bonding capability is $1.5 mm for a single project
and $3 mm aggregate.
• We adhere to an established OSHA safety program.
Scope of Projects
• Installation of baseball cages, bleachers, irrigation,
brick dust-in field – City of Downey.
• Installation of 6000 square feet of cement patio,
large trees, irrigation and shrubs – CSUN Sierra South.
• Construction work for the Los Angeles Unified School
District in excess of $4 million in 2000.
• Palos Verdes School District
