• Personalized service from professional crews with English-speaking foreman.
• Base Service includes:
o Mowing, edging, weeding and cultivation of all planting beds
o Trimming of trees under 12 feet tall as well as maintaining and trimming of hedges under 12 feet tall.
o Cleaning off and wiping down outdoor patio furniture, and taking out trash cans depending on the agreed upon service day.
o Irrigation Maintenance - A standard check includes a review of the watering schedule and making adjustments as necessary.

• Garden design needs:
o In-house designer billed at $85.00 per hour for consultation time to redo a bed or your entire garden.

• Additional services include:
o Mulching planting beds for weed control, water conservation and soil conditioning
o Recommended - aerate your lawn to relieve soil compaction, promote root growth and improve nutrient and water penetration into the root zone of your lawn.
o Pet clean up.
o Fertilizations - lawn and shrub beds are fertilized quarterly (recommended).
o Irrigation & low voltage lighting repair and Installation.
o Planting flowers, lawn, shrubs, vines, groundcover, and tree installations.
o Trellising of vines and staking of trees.

• Construction services include:
o Tree installations, drainage work, landscape lighting, brick and cement work, irrigation upgrades and new irrigation installations
o Recommended contractors for large tree trimming, pest control, gate and fence repair, and touch-up painting as required

ESTIMATE AND CHARGES

• Our estimate includes a professional evaluation of the drainage and irrigation systems, general garden design and overall condition of garden
• Our minimum monthly charge is $400.00 per month, billed on the 15th of each month. Payments are due by the 30th of each month.
• The contracted base price depends on the size and scope of the work to be performed.
• One-time start-up fees may apply, and we may indicate other one-time charges in your estimate for items like major hedge trimmings.
• The initial contract is for a three-month trial period. A 30-day notice by either party is required to discontinue services.
