Planting

• Lawns rolled and firmly compacted.
• Quality nursery stock, professionally installed.

Sprinklers
• Top of the line [something] grade materials.
• SCH-40 (thick) PVC pipe used below ground (not thin class 135).
• All heads mounted on swing joints that move and flex to prevent pipe breakage.
• Efficient head spacing and zoning to provide 100% coverage with minimum over spray on walks and pavement (don’t expect your gardener to lay out and design an efficient irrigation system).
• ¾” brass Y-strainer to filter out main line debris before it reaches the sprinkler system’s valves and heads.
• 4” pop up heads for lawn areas.
• All heads contain full body filters to prevent clogging.
• SCH-80 PVC pipe (UV light protected) used for all piping above ground to valves.
• American made gate valves (not imports).
• American made Superior and Champion valves and actuators.
• American made Rain Bird brand timer with a 3-program capability, 3 start times and 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
• Rain check and rain shut off on new irrigation installations.
• All trenches firmly compacted to prevent settling after installation. Lawns surgically cut and replaced for sprinkler installations in existing lawns.
