WARANTY STATEMENT:

Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers at all times before, during and after an installation. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us. It is your responsibility to give us timely notice of any problems or concerns. Many times, swift action can save a tree, plant or sod installation.

IRRIGATION GUARANTEES:

• Our guarantee covers factory defective parts or improper installation on our part. All workmanship and materials will be conditionally guaranteed for a period of two years.
• Our guarantee does not cover damages caused by vandalism, nor does it cover standard sprinkler head adjustments like raising or adding heads due to plant growth over time.
• Warranty Exclusions:

o Replacement or repair of irrigation valves. (Many times debris from your mainline can keep the valve from closing properly and create a leak from the lowest sprinkler head.)
o Blown transformers on timers due to power surges. Charges will also be assessed for service calls to reprogram or reset your timer once we have programmed it.

* We provide prompt service to inspect any problem. A charge may be applicable based on what we discover in the field during our visit. The standard rate of $59.00 for the first half hour and $59.00 for each additional hour thereafter, plus materials is applicable.

PLANT GUARANTEES:

Our plant guarantee is based on our plant materials being delivered in a strong and healthy condition and being professionally installed by our personnel.

• Plant material – 24” box or greater – is guaranteed for a period of up to one year.
• Plants that are 15 gallons or less are guaranteed for three months.
There is no plant guarantee when a manual irrigation system is installed. Owner is responsible for proper maintenance of the garden including pest control, fertilization and correct watering based on the season. It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain trees properly staked and guyed.
• Seeded lawns are guaranteed to germinate 95%. Over seeding bare spots is something that inevitably is required with a seeded lawn. Our standard rates would apply should the owner want Pierre Sprinkler & Landscape to perform this service.
Weed control is the responsibility of the owner. After a new installation, amended soil combined with high volumes of water is a breeding ground for weeds. Bark mulch can inhibit weed growth. Chemlawn or other companies are available to spray against weeds.
